You and your group can enjoy the entire beautiful Casa Bella country estate for your visits to Kenwood and the Sonoma Valley. This historic landmark can accommodate a total of 14 guests or 7 couples. The property features a wrap-around porch and balcony, two suites, and four bedrooms and each bedroom includes a private bathroom. We are also proud to be solar-powered and have generators to power the whole estate.
Outdoor comforts include a swimming pool and hot tub, strolling and lounging areas featuring a bocce court as well as sunny and shady al fresco dining as guests wish. In the evenings or cool days, a dazzling stone fire pit is available for warm, cozy R&R. Balconies extend the space available for two of the rooms, and the main house features a wrap around porch, spacious foyer and living room which create lots of opportunities for socializing in larger family and corporate groups.

John Wilson, brother-in-law to General Vallejo was originally awarded the land on which Casa Bella Estate sits in 1837, as part of the Los Guilicos land grant. Years later, around 1914, Charles and Mary Monroe, acquired the property and constructed the house, when the town of Kenwood was just emerging. One hundred years later, the property, now Casa Bella Estate, is conveniently situated just north of Kenwood Village’s shops and boutique wineries.
